This 2 story addition with basement in Arlington, VA greatly enhanced all of the functions of their home. The basement was enlarged creating a large exercise/recreation area. The first floor addition created a new family room along with a large open kitchen with a breakfast area. The second floor expanded the master bedroom suite, creating a spacious master bathroom along with a comfortable, private balcony. This project was constructed by Rob Lancaster and Oyster Builders.
